1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using EarnForth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others

2.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

3. Earning Money

3.1 Task Completion

• You must complete tasks honestly and according to instructions
• Fraudulent task completion will result in account suspension
• Earnings are credited after task verification

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000
• Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days
• Valid bank account information must be provided
• Withdrawal fees may apply

4. Marketplace (Shop)

4.1 Buying Products

• All purchases are subject to seller's terms
• Payments are held in escrow until delivery confirmation
• Disputes must be reported within 7 days of purchase

4.2 Selling Products

• All products must comply with Nigerian laws
• Prohibited items: weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods
• Sellers must ship items within stated timeframe
• False advertising will result in account suspension

5. Courses

• Course access is granted for the lifetime of the account
• Course content is for personal use only
• Sharing or redistributing course content is prohibited
• Certificates are issued upon successful course completion

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content
• Use automated bots or scripts
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

7. Coins and Rewards

• Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly
• Coins can be converted to cash at the prevailing exchange rate
• Coin balances do not expire unless account is inactive for 365 days

8. Intellectual Property

All content on EarnForth, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EarnForth and protected by copyright laws.

9. Disclaimer

EarnForth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

EarnForth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
